For the price, you can't beat it
I was a little concerned buying this since it's almost $100 cheaper then the next competitors offering. Also, there weren't many questions asked. I'm 6'3" and I was worried about my feet hitting the ground, I will say its very close. Depending on how I sit and if I stretch my legs at all, my feet will brush up against the bottom bar. That said, it's not annoying enough to return this. They sent an extra padded roller for the legs that was longer, without me even asking, which is awesome. The one that was in the main box was definitely too short. I'm happy with the rigidity of the machine, the pads are decent quality. I like that I can easily swap between leg extensions and curls.Glute bridges as shown in the picture are probably not quite comfortable enough. I have a foam roller that goes onto my barbell for when I do squats to take the pressure off my shoulder, I use that same foam roller and just put it on top of the roller that clamps your legs down and thats enough padding that I can do glute bridges comfortably.Machine was enough to put together, bolt holes lined up well enough, everything threaded together without me having to go hercules on it. I'd recommend buying this machine and save yourself $100-200 over the competitors. Also, there's a lot more exercises you can do with this machine, lookup 15 Different Exercises You Can Do With a Leg Extension Machine (Using the Valor Fitness CC-4) and you can basically do all of those exercises on this machine and for less money than the CC-4.

Product is worth the price!
The overall quality is good. It’s not commercial gym quality obviously. If you want that go spend 2k plus. For $300 this is 100% worth the money and I’d recommend to anyone. Works exactly as needed. I’m 6’3” and weight 295 and this machine fits me perfect at the last level of everything. The pads came damaged but the shipper was very responsive and sent everything new right away. And I complained about the length of the bars that hold the pads and they sent some way bigger that fit extremely comfortable like commercial gym ones. I love this product and the customer service!!

Doesn't work. Reached out to seller.
Item does not work as described. Listen to myself and other reviewers and go with a more expensive item. After plates being loaded, the machine starts to tilt. The bar across shins does not distribute weight evenly. The left leg ends up doing all of the work and the machine is awkwardly built so you can't do single leg. The movement is not smooth at all, and actually rubs metal on metal causing quick wear and tear. Seller doesn't accept returns but I am hoping for a refund because this is just wasting space. Spend the extra money and get one that will be worth it.

Great leg workout.
I read all the comments before purchasing and there were comments about it being had to assemble. It seemed pretty straight forward to us and assembled quickly. There was a comment about feet dragging doing leg extensions. I'm 6' tall and my shoes drag but taking my shoes off during this exercise solves that problem. I have it on a carpeted surface and it rocks quite a bit during leg extension due to the center of gravity shifting from neutral to forward when the legs are out. I placed the front and back parts of the equipment on 2x6s and the solved that problem. I don't suspect you see that if you were on a hard surface. We've also discovered by placing a 2x4 in front and sitting on a chair we can do calf raises as well. That wasn't advertised but seems to work well without putting stress on the rest of the body.

Not the best
It’s a very smooth machine. The gauge metal is too light. Tips over easily towards the weight side of unit. The seat seems very thin like it could break easily. Wished I would have went with higher priced unit

Great Value
It is a great value for the money. Works great, holds up well on curls and extensions. No complaints. Just buy it!

Amazon should not sell products that damage its brand
Talk about a badly designed Gen 1 product - well, here it is. Does it work? Yes - sort of...This is made for a Sm - Med size person. I am 5'11"+, 215 lbs athletic and muscular with a 36 in waist. If you are a tiny bit bigger than me - this device will be too small for you. My toes touch the ground when I am using the leg extension - and if your backside is a smidge bigger than mine - you won't fit on the seat.On top of that - look carefully at the design - the upper t - shaped knee pads....how in creation am I to get my left leg into a config that is already too small - around the T ? Several other designs have a simple way to get raise and lower this knee pad simply - you can simply SLIDE onto the seat. Bad design - like I said a poor Gen 1 - with bad ergonomic design. On top of that - depending if you are using the extension or the curl - you have to use a metal peg to ensure you are pushing or pulling the weight in the right direction...it's unbelievable. In 40+ years of weight training - I have never seen such a feature.Amazon if you are reading this - come pick it up and take it back at no charge, and I promise I will buy a US or Euro brand that has built a useful version of this machine - and will spend a lot more.Right now - I will never buy another piece of equipment here - ever.
