RPM adjustable dumbbells are not good value
I bought a pair of heavier adjustable RPM dumbbells from this company a couple of years ago. They cost a lot of money and should have lasted. They've seized up and now won't change weight. They have been cared for. The seller sent me very long, very patronising emails telling me how to strip them apart and sent me long videos and instruction books and told me I had to know how the mechanics of the equipment worked in order to use them. They are dumbbells. You pick them up. There are plenty of other adjustable sets on the market. Worth researching fully and finding ones that are highly reviewed and durable.
