Matrix Biolage Cooling Mint Shampoo, 33.8 Fl Oz

This Cooling Mint shampoo from Biolage is only so-so. Not much lather and it's hardly scented at all. I usually get one of the smoothing shampoos/conditioners or the strengthening one from Biolage and they smell great, lather up well and make me feel like I'm getting my money's worth but this one feels cheap, like a Wal-Mart brand. I have to literally use a handfull of shampoo to make it lather up. I guess that means I won't be stuck with a 'weak' shampoo for long as I'm flying through the bottle. That's what I get being too lazy to make it to the store.I wouldn't recommend this particular Biolage product, but Biolage in general is a great line of hair care products. Check it out in the store first.

I started using the shampoo, and i dont find much of a difference from regular shampoo. My scalp does feel the refreshing tingly sensation, other then that nothing special. I do noticed I lose more hair when i used this shampoo tho, so im not sure if its just me or the shampoo....

BUYER BEWARE! This is NOT an authentic Matrix product. I have used Matrix Biolage Cooling Mint shampoo since 2010. I have moved to an area where I could not find this product at a salon, so I ordered from amazon. This product is lighter in color, it is runnier in texture, and it does not give your scalp the mint cooling sensation that you get with the authentic Biolage cooling mint shampoo. So I go online to return this product since it is not as described on the website, and surprise surprise, I cannot return this shampoo. So I am out over 20 bucks for a substandard product. Very disappointed.**UPDATE** amazon did make this right and refunded my money and is investigating the product for authenticity. So, I am happy with these results. But, I wouldn't recommend anyone buy this online, only at a salon!

I have a very sensitive scalp and even more sensitive skin. This is one of the only shampoos that I have found that will not irritate me. I was able to find this shampoo in my local store for a while but has become harder and harder to find. I hope they are not phasing it out. It leaves my hear feeling so clean and fresh and it feels really great on your scalp. It has even helped with my husbands dandruff. Great job Biolage on a wonderful product!

This is a wonderfully cleansing and refreshing shampoo. Your hair feels really CLEAN and your scalph cool and fresh....I really love this product and hope they don't stop selling it. I used to LOVE Herbal Essences "degunkify" shampoo because it was really deep cleansing and refreshng but they stopped making it....that was a great shampoo too. evb

I've used it for years. Biolage seems to have reformulated their Scalptherapie line, so I was left scrambling to find the old minty formula. As of the date of this review, this is the classic tingly, minty-fresh formula. Nothing makes my hair feel as clean as this stuff does. Love the big bottle size!
