They work great!
I used 2 of these motherboards in new cases 600 watt psu, ddr3 1333 ,2 / 2gb memory, e6850 cpu, 1 using all on board video, sound, lan. In a network with the second 1 using a small video card , onboard sound and lan. used for a church for sunday service and love the speed and service. We change operators each week and have had on problems to date!!

Better than most reviews & Driver for on- board sound card using windows 10
I installed this mother board using windows 10. The program was already installed and had to re-install it due to different hardware. The on-board sound card didn't work. Win 10 is great for finding drivers, however since this motherboard is older you MUST use the drivers that come in the box to get the sound to work. Also it is critical that you use the correct memory. It has to be non-ecc ddr3 etc., I use quality memory like Kingston. Read al the requirements and you should have no problems. It can be complicated because of jumpers. I gave it only 4 stars because the usb jumper is vague. This is an older motherboard, I bought it to upgrade to 8 gigs of memory and win 10. If you have problems it's probably the way you set it up. A experienced installer should have no problems.

Work like a charm
I solve a problem with this, i replace a mobo from dell computer with this. Of course i bought a new case and replace mobo and take others parts from dell computer, rearm on the new case. Work perfect, the uefi is quite simple and easier

Nothing to see here but junk!
Absolute trash! No working video whatsoever..Board is getting voltage, but NO card works, not even the system video. What a complete waste of time....and 'tech support' is non existent! NO ONE answers the phone or returns voice mails! My 1st purchase AND LAST of ASSuck products. Truly pathetic quality and lack of support.

It works
I've been using this motherboard for about a month now, and I have to say it's okay for what you pay for it.There's a couple of gripes about this board I have though.-The USB controller for the back ports are jumpy. I've had times where I had lost connectivity to all of my USB peripherals and had to replug them back in, or worst case, restart the machine completely. The BIOS is updated to its latest version, but I have a feeling that it will not be fixed since LGA 775 is now an unsupported socket.-Some of the placements for connectors on the motherboard are... odd. To connect the front USB panel for my case, I had to buy an extension just to get it to reach the USB header on the board. I'm not entirely sure if this is a motherboard or case design flaw, but it's just something I want to throw out there. I really don't like that the 24-pin power connector on the board sits right on top of the CPU either. It makes it a pain when trying to move around a Micro-ATX case.-The on-board audio is garbage. VIA quality right here folks. This was my biggest pet peeve, since I work with music and listen to it a lot. The ports on the back sound fine, but when you want to connect the front audio ports on your case, it sounds like complete garbage.

Fussy, Fussy, Cheap
Not impressed. This motherboard is very cheap and awfully fussy about what kind of SDRAM it will work with. I almost sent it back before I got it to boot. I ended up not using the board and selling on an auction site and lost quite a bit of money. I don't recommend this board at all.

Great board, but....
Unfortunately for me I didn't know the on board network card had problems under linux.I was able to stick in another card I had lying around, so no big deal.Windows users of course have no such, issue.Using it with 8GB of DDR3 RAM, runs well.

ASRock Core 2 Quad/Intel G41
This was my first ASRock motherboard project, and I am satisfied with the result. I put together a small system (ASRock Core 2 Quad/Intel G41 motherboard, E8400 Intel dual core CPU, 2 gigs of Corsair TWIN3x2048-1333 ram, a small 250 gig HD in a compact Rosewill MATX case. The EUFI bios is different, but worked fine once I got used to the interface. I installed 32 bit Windows 7 Pro, and my friend is now using this system at home as a commodities day-trader.
