These are not very comfortable fits. They are "sleeve" fittings so just slide them up the ear piece parts of your specs - but then you've got to wear them. Un comfortable feel as specs arms are not made to stretch to far apart. How did they figure that one out ? Not enough length for the neck cords either to comfortably hang around your neck. The yellow 'bonus' specs cords are the much better option and are usable.Buy cords that attach to the sides of specs arms and with a long cord string.

"Strong Elasticated Push-in Fit" broke on both straps after only a couple of weeks' use (flasses arms are 10mm wide x 4mm deep so not excessively big.) Avoid.

Good, adjustable product. Keeps glasses in place. Would recommend.
