I've used mine quite a bit. I'm 6 ft, 230 lbs, not a little guy. Haven't seen any issues yet.

Q: Where is the rudder located (as don't see it on display unit here); and is it a drop-down rudder? Does it work with foot pedals like traditional one

The rudder is located at the rear of the back segment, and is fully removable. It is not a drop-down rudder, and yes, it works with foot pedals. Pedal placement is adjustable, and pedals are located within the front segment. The pedal-rudder connection is done with cords that must be connected/disconnected whenever the Martini is assembed and taken apart. It's much easier and less of a hassle than it sounds like. The main weakness I found with this rudder system is that sometimes the natural "middle" will get out of whack, and require readjusting the cords tightness/slack to keep the rudder squared in a neutral position naturally.
