Great Upgrade to a 2008 Mac Pro
Installed this upgrade kit in a Mac Pro 3,1 (Early 2008), running Windows 10 Pro, used mostly for audio/video production and gaming. Working flawlessly so far, ran a memory test on the modules and found no errors.Upgrading from 8GB to 16GB has made a HUGE difference when gaming and editing/mixing a large number of audio tracks.If upgrading, be sure to install these modules on the property riser card. Which one they need to go on depends on your existing configuration. Official guides from Apple can be found online.
