I bought this to repair the soles on a pair of three-year old walking boots. Regular wear and tear and the odd long trek in wet conditions had exposed just how sloppy the original glue work was. I researched around for a glue that was strong, waterproof and reasonably flexible (and clear) when dry.This totally did the trick. I had to use the whole tube and it did take longer than I expected to fully dry (maybe 24 hours to go off completely) but now the boots are as good as new - this review is written after wearing them a good twenty times with no signs of failure in the bond. It's only glue so it's not worth getting too excited about but in the sphere of sticking things to other things it's very good and worth the four odd quid it cost to buy.

This glue takes some time to set, but once it does, its dries rock hard, like a glue gun would. its excellent for gluing components inside cases, or for fixing cracks in plastic, as this can be built up thicker on the inside and dries rock hard.far better than bostik all purpose or general glues

I used this to glue together the rubber sole of my boot which had near split in half. You have to leave it to set properly for 24h I'd say, but once it's set you couldn't even break it if you wanted. Really strong and still very flexible. Exactly what I wanted.

Have used it to stick a variety of things together including items subject to heat or to being submerged in water. It is important to plan the job because adhesion is not instant, work pieces may need support for a few minutes.

A really strong slightly flexible glue. Normally I’d use shoe glue (very flexible but not super strong rubber like glue) but where there is less flex and more tension this glue has so far proved excellent. While it might work in other static applications, if there is no expected movement/flex a stronger epoxy adhesive would be better. For other general use this stuf it great and versatile.

Worked very well repairing the soles of my boots which had pulled away. Highly recommend. Excess glue should be wiped away immediately. It took a couple of attempts to get it right - on the last attempt I put more glue and that worked.

Bought this product to secure my car door seal. Two days later it started to peel off again. I cleaned both surfaces but no good. Had to buy double sided tape which worked very well.

£75 boots from Next and after a few months of minor wear the sole came away. Took it to be glued at Sainsbury's cobblers, lasted 1 day. Bought this, glued and left overnight and they are now as new.
