These are probably the best adjustable ankle weights around. They have iron inserts that you can adjust the ankle weight up to 5lbs each. No stand or other junk to leak out. They're slightly large but not too much that it would interfere with your workout. Highly recomend.

They're easy to put on and off, with the velcro on fabric with a slight give and change the weights as you get stronger. I strap it around my lower thighs for clamshells, and leg lifts that are easy on the knees. As you get stronger, you can put the on your ankles for more of a challenge.

I purchased because I have some knee issue and wanted to strengthen my mussels. I have been using these for many years and it really good. You can control the waits by adding or removing a half a pound. Very happy with the product.

I use these at my gym for leg strengthening exercises. Very well made. I just wish that it was a little longer in the body or straps to better wrap my calves and thighs. No issue when used as an ankle weight.
