I was pleasantly surprised at how good this thing is, very compact, lightweight and quiet even on the highest of the three fan speeds. Just a couple of things, the USB cable that comes with it is quite short but I just used a longer one that I already had, also some water can gather underneath the unit, not a lot but worth putting a tray or similar underneath if possible. All round very good and a lot cheaper than an a/c unit.

The product purchased (Nexfan) is faulty, in that, it allows water to escape from the bottom of the unit - we are most disappointed of being restricted by your refund rules i.e. to be returned by 24 September 2022!!.I advise having recently returned from abroad 28 October 2022 with the item.It was purchased for use in our caravan however the water problem became apparent after a few days ofduring our visit September / October. I shall be grateful in these circumstances the item is allowed to be returned and a refund applied.

Does a great job at cleaning the air and helping my chest and the night light is handy but I find it a little noisy and can't have it on all night even on the lowest level x

I was pleasantly surprised by this air cooler, its amazing, it kept myself and my dogs cool . Its quiet enough to sleep with it on which was brilliant as I can't sleep with my fan on its too noisy, I am sensitive to noise and this has been a gift from the gods .I love the different colours you can have too.I'm getting another one for my living room .
