Karcher S 650 Push Floor Sweeper 16 Litre Waste Tank

Great piece of kit. Brought this to help with the cleaning of my brick weave driveway, it usually takes about 2 hours using a broom, but with this I have completed the task in less than 45 minutes. It picks up dry items well including sand and grass cuttings. The brushes it is supplied with seem a little soft although they work well on the dry stuff but not so well on the wet stuff. I have since purchased a pair of harder wet brushes but yet to try themGood item well worth the cost

I have about 300 square meters of block driveway and crazy paving and it takes a lot of sweeping to keep it looking good. This sweeper is BRILLIANT!. It is not magical however and does not work in the wet or for pebbles or pieces of wood, nor is it designed for wet leaves. When the ground is dry and even it does make it possible to sweep all 300 square meters in less than an hour.

After years of sweeping my large drive, this was a dream of a machine. Does what it says on the tin, acts like a carpet sweeper. Only slight problem is when turning, you tend to lose some of the debris and have to go back again to collect. I would not be without it now especially as l am surrounded by Lime trees which a constantly shedding and end up on my drive.

For our block paving drive and patio this works brilliantly. Easy to assemble. As per other reviews, larger debris will get stuck. I can imagine that with the supplied brushes, wet leaves might cause it an issue. For the small dry stuff it’s great.

Was sceptical about buying this, but it picks up really well.Works best in large open spaces like driveways etc and is so much quicker than sweeping.What used to take an hour to sweep outside now takes 15 to 20 minutes.I'm really happy with this sweeper and would recommend trying it if you have any doubts.

A complete waste of money. I have a 250 sq m yard that I brush to keep clean. Thought this product would make it easier and quicker. Wrong! It requires a large amount of down force to turn the drive wheels or else they slide over the concrete without turning. It will not pick up any wet material. It just clogs the back brush and then have to spend time clearing out the brush. Product video shows picking up dry matter and now I can see why. Absolutely no good for autumn leaves if they are wet. Tried to use to clear leaves on the lawn but no good for this either. Might be useful in the summer but I’m back to brushing and lawn rake as less effort than this product. My first Karcher purchase. Will be my last.

The sweeper body is more robust than expected, but the brushes are softer than expected. The sweeper is quite well designed but not quite to the usual German standard?Tried it for the first time today on our larger block drive and although it does make the work much lighter, it is not that effecient overall. It is good for windy conditions and collects those pesky leaves etc but does not manage small pebbles and the like very well (cannot beat the old broom for this, corners or heavier muck!).Not completely disappointed but if the brushes were of heavier duty specification, the sweeper would be more efficient. Overall I think that half marks are adequate but will maybe update this review after trying the sweeper out a couple more times.Hope this review is of help to others. Karcher S650 Sweeper

I have a large drive and a paved back garden so the most hated job is sweeping.Since purchasing this sweeping it is no longer a chore but one I look forward to.No more backache I just walk up and down till it's done. It collects leaves and debris quite easily and if not just walk round again and it will pick it up. The more I use it the easier it has become to handle it. Easy to empty and holds quite a bit. Would definitely recommend especially if you suffer back problems and sweeping is painful.

Nos decidimos a comprar esta barredora porque ya estábamos hasta el gorro de barrer (o mover de un sitio a otro) hojas en la casa. Con esta barredora se hace el trabajo en mucho menos tiempo y de una manera más divertida. Me ha sorprendido ver que recoge incluso pequeñas piedras.El montaje es muy sencillo y parece bastante robusta. Y una vez recogida no ocupa casi nada.Creo que merece la pena comprar la versión de dos cepillos (a pesar de la diferencia de precio) porque, aparte de cubrir más superficie por pasada, no hay que andar girando para usar el lado en el que está el cepillo.

PREGI: Oggetto davvero funzionale nella sua semplicita'! Noi lo abbiamo acquistato per rimuovere la polvere sottile di legno dal pavimento in cemento industriale della nostra falegnameria ed il risultato e' eccellente. Al suo passaggio lascia una striscia pulita impressionante, alzando solo una minima quantita' di polvere! Notevole anche la rimozione dello sporco lungo gli spigoli del capannone. Facilissima anche la pulizia del contenitore dello sporco. DIFETTI: funziona egregiamente per lunghi tratti rettilinei, ma se deve spazzare superfici articolate che richiedono curve brusche tende a perdere lo sporco che ha sotto le spazzole e nel contenitore. Questo perché il movimento del sistema di spazzole e' generato dal rotolamento in avanti delle ruote. Se si fa retromarcia risputa fuori lo sporco presente sotto. Bisogna anche evitare di fargli raccogliere oggetti solidi, tipo piccoli ritagli di legno o pezzetti di carta, perché rischiano di bloccarsi nelle spazzole. Temo che anche con polveri umide possa avere qualche problema. Comunque, per l'uso a noi necessario, e' un oggetto formidabile!

Cleans our shop floor about 10X faster and better than any broom/sweeping compound we're ever tried. Sweep a couple thousand square feet in a few minutes instead of an hour or more. The floor is MUCH cleaner with much less leftover fine "dust"... especially sweeping up floor-dry that's been driven over and turned to dust.
