Disappointed

Bought this watch for my husband's Christmas present and now in early February the clasp has broken. The clasp is not easy to use nor is it very secure, the watch having dropped off 2/3 times.Having bought on Amazon I do not know how to have it replaced or repaired. HELP!

Wasn't running on arrival, and keeps stopping.

Lovely looking watch, but keeps stopping, only arrived a couple of weeks ago. Not sure if just a battery problem, but don't want to open it up and replace in case watch itself is faulty.
