Good quality and well-designed jigsaw
My 3-year old was solving 30-piece puzzles easily, so tried this to give her a bit challenge. The pieces feel quite sturdy and are thick enough so they don't get damaged (which is like a priority at this stage). Also, I felt that the "blue-layers" are a great idea and help the child connect the puzzle more easily, because especially in the beginning jumping from 30 to 60-pieces, seemed like an extreme leap for us. After couple of weeks training she know can handle this herself. So I feel that this was a great buy & nicely priced and would buy again from this brand.

Great way of teaching children about different countries and seas.
the colours of the pieces and their size were very pleasing on the eye. Very easy for small hands to put in place. My two-year old granddaughter took to it straightaway. She can recognize the different countries and has learnt the names of various birds and animals. She is happy to do it many times over with the help of her dad

keeps the kids happy
This puzzle has large pieces, and my 4 year old loves playing with it. He has no problems handling the pieces, and putting them together to make the puzzle. My 18 month old also enjoys playing with the puzzle, again the pieces are large enough for him to easily handle them, though he needs a little assistance to find the right pieces and put them together. They love the animals on the puzzle, and its great for them to learn the countries around the world too. Great purchase!

Good puzzle, animal placement and choice a bit odd
Animal placement and selection could be better. Tropical fish in the arctic, repeats, etc. But kids will enjoy it.

Playful and educational
My 4 year old granddaughter loves puzzles, and this one was stretching her abilities, even though she is bright. I explained to her about starting with the corners and edges and to keep checking the picture on the box. She managed to do it with some help the first time. It's also educational, because you can use the puzzle to learn about the world (where do I live? where does Auntie live?), the different continents and the types of animals that live there.I'm sure the children will enjoy playing with this again and again, and the parents will be teaching the the other knowledge!

Quality floor puzzle
My 3 year old is into his floor puzzles and it is sometimes difficult to gauge the quality, we have several some better than others and this has a good textured quality feel and the animals and their locations is good for learning as well as just putting the jigsaw together. Ravensburger again with another quality product, not the first and wont be the last purchase of their brand.

Fab quality and hugely educational
Very well made jigsaw with the quality of finish on the peices of a high standard. Peices are big and so quite easy move around and place. My 5 year old took about an hour to put in place. The product offers help for children to learn about the animal kingdom and world geography so huge pluses all around
