Good customer support
Replacement battery for an old Vaio laptop from Ubatteries appeared to be dead but this turned out to be an incorrect conclusion. A company representative was very helpful in resolving the issue by detailed discussion. They was willing to diagnose the battery and send a tested new one if necessary. Fortunately, I had access to the same model Vaio to check the battery with. The test showed that the battery is totally OK with charge near !00%. Conclusion: these batteries are complex electronic devices, in particular, there is an electronic switch which can shut off the output if the the signals from the computer supplied through some of the 5 additional (to the main + - output) are not correct.

Battery a Dud
They sent me a battery that wouldn't charge. I contacted them, and they said that it was a "software issue". I returned the battery, and I did get a full refund, but what a hassle. Hopefully, in the future, the batteries will work and be good. Otherwise, I'll just keep my laptop hooked into the wall socket and forget the battery. Remember, the only reason you need a battery for a laptop is so it can be moved around without a cord.

Worked right the first time.
No issues. Worked on startup. Came already with half a charge.

batter life
The "NEW" battery has a very short use before needing to be recharged. It basically requires being plugged in all the time, just as my original battery after being used for 5+ years before it required to be constantly plugged in. Very disappointed in this product.

Battery life is not so good
First time use will last for about 1 1/2 hour, after that for 1 hour or less and now almost a year later it only last 15 minutes
