Solid product, a bit noisy
Hand exercisers are very hard to find in sporting goods stores, but I need them for treatment of brachialis atrophy. The seller's website makes clear the choices they have available. The black, extra heavy, is just right for my hands, but there is a metal ring at the top that slides around when the exercisers are being used and makes a sound that annoys my family.

IRON GRIP
I started using the iron grip builder while sitting at stop lights. A month has bone by since I started using the exercise grip and now my watch does not fit any more. This is a good product. The only thing I dislike is the hard plastic grips.

Now this is what a Hand Grip should feel like
Exactly what I was looking for. Had already sent back a different hand gripper and bought this instead for my boyfriend, it was a hit and the type he uses. This hand grip was such a hit that my son asked for his own and now he has his own that he can work on his grip strength.

Plastic handles made of hazardous material. Would not recommend. Take it off market!
