Uncomfortable
Initially liked but very uncomfortable after awhile.

Can’t be washed
The pillow envelop is like a plastic balloon. It fills with water and will not drain. It gets super heavy and can’t go through a spin cycle or the dryer.I left it dry on the sun and after 3 days it got terribly smelly. It stunk so much I had to throw it away tied up in it own garbage bag.

Back pain
The pillow feels very comfortable, but it gives me back pain if I lay on it for a long period of time.

This didn't work for me
I am a back sleeper, this was not a good pillow for my neck. I woke up in all around neck pain. It feels amazing at first but as the days pass by you notice the pain kick in. Perhaps it's the 90% duck feathers. I bought this from Ikea for $12, fyi.
