Very difficult to find non TSA locks. It's used on top of my overlanding vehicle to lock my gear. It's braving the elements so far, but rust is starting to appear.

MUST READ: For the price you pay, this is definitely worth it. The only issue is that the instructions didn’t come with it. So as soon as I got it, getting the thing to work was frustrating! But I did do my research and with the help of other reviews I got it working.Maybe I can save you the frustration..Step 1: Locks will open when it’s set to 0-0-0 (Lock should be already set to this on one side) just push the top button and it will unlock.Step 2: Locate the circle on the bottom of the lock. Using a pen, push in and set your combo. Most importantly, make sure you’re pushing in with the pen the entire time you’re setting the lock. (I released too early and wasn’t done setting my combo) ****after releasing the pen from pushing the bottom button, you cannot reset the combo afterwards****After you set the combo, you’re done! The product was just what I needed. And the seller was a pleasure to work with. They sent me an extra lock for free, just because. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it did not come with instructions on changing the combination (thank goodness for Google). And the numbers are a little hard to read if you don't have good lighting. But if you need a decent lock with a thin and/or long and flexible shackle, this is a great value.

Ordered the 2-pack in red for me and a friend to use at the gym. They are DEFINITELY pink. Not my favorite color, but whatever we'll use it. No instructions on the package on how to reset code, which is why I ended up back here on the Amazon product page - where the instructions are listed. Pretty easy to reset - just use a pen to push in the button at the bottom of the lock and enter your new code.Overall, I'm fine with the lock, but the packaging should include instructions and the product was not the color advertised.

This is a great little lock. The cable makes it versatile. The lock works well with luggage, toolboxes, lockers, and even containers that were not designed to be locked. If you make a small hole in a container and its lid, you can secure it with this lock because of the cable. I don't think a rigid 'u' shackle could be used in as many ways. As others have mentioned, instructions are not included. The directions for changing the combination are here, on the product page. They are simple. I changed the combination in a minute or two and I don't think I will need instructions if I decide to change the combo in the future.

The shackle loop is not as long as shown in the diagram. If you need to cover a wider area, get a different one b/c this one is a little over 2". I gave it 3 stars as an average only; it might be a great lock, but doesn't meet our needs.

These locks work great for the toolboxes I bought them for. But, like everyone else, I really wish it came with directions on how to reset the code. It's pretty bad when I have to go to Amazon to read the reviews of a product to find out how to use it.

I had to return these as the loop was not long enough to close a cupboard with 2 handles. The numbers were also a little small for anyone with fat fingers.

ces cadenas sont pratiques mais je pensais qu'ils étaient homologués TSA, c'est-à-dire que les bagages peuvent être contrôlés par les agents d'aéroport sans dommage. Ce n'est pas grave, ils serviront pour d'autres usages...
