I have been using this for almost a year. I travel very frequently. The quality and comfort is great. Because it is inflatable, I can adjust it to my desired firmness. I also don't have to carry a huge pillow with me. I can deflate it and put it in my personal bag. You really don't need the self pump. Blowing into the release valve works just as well and requires less effort. It takes less than a minute to pump and only a few breaths if you choose to blow it instead, just remember to push back on the air stopper if blowing. Only complaint is to have the tie down in the front to be equal and longer instead of a loop and one tie down. I would recommend this and will purchase it again in the future.

Provides excellent support to the neck. The pumps are convenient so you don't have to blow into the pillow. Perfect!

It was okay. I liked the easy pump feature for inflating, the quick deflation device, and the portablility. It wasn't as comfortable as I was hoping.

Super easy to pump up and look forward to using them in the near future. Like the color, too!

Tested it on a 14 hr overnight flight. Worked great. Doesn't take much space and can easily be packed away. Can be inflated or deflated to desired firmness. Soft, removable washable cover. Great value for the price.
