Doesn't shut off water
I bought this after a water leak to protect agains further more damaging leaks. Unfortunately, the sensors failed to cutoff the water supply wirelessly and we had a large flood in teh basement. Request to TS to troubleshoot get no answer.

Now I sleep better knowing I will not have another water flooding in ...
This may not be a cheap solution but it is well worth it. After my water heater broke and the basement got flooded I said I was going to buy the Watercop System. Insurance fixed my basement and after I kept saying I will order it next week until one morning I go to the basement and found water on the floor because of a faulty faucet in the sink. Shame on me for not purchasing and installing this system sooner. Thank God I caught it early enough that there was not a lot of water on the floor. I mopped my basement dry and ordered this system that very same day.I have sensors In my three bathrooms, kitchen, washer/dryer/sink, water heater and where the Watercop System was installed. Now I sleep better knowing I will not have another water flooding in my house. As soon as any of the sensors detect water on the floor the water main will be shut off and the only water that will leak will be the water left on the pipes inside the house. Also, if there is a leak somewhere in the house now, I will know as soon as I open a faucet cause there will be no water running. My only suggestion to the company that makes this product would be for the main motor and valve to have a battery backup for when there is a power outage. I purchased a separate Battery Backup unit for this system.Other than the battery backup missing, this is a very good investment to protect your home from water flooding. If you have dealt with a water flooding in your house like I have, you know what I mean!If you are a handy person like I am and you are good with plumbing and soldering then I would say you can install it yourself (just like I did) but if not, your best bet is to pay a professional plumber.

Works But Wireless Sensors are Sure Not Worth the Price
Works great, but I'm removing two stars because sensors are overly expensive and not supervised. They have a pro model with supervised but this one isn't, so if batteries die or range happens to be a bit too far, sorry your house floods. Also the batteries in the sensors only last a year, which is crazy. Instead I use flood sensors connected to my alarm system and then have the alarm control the WaterCop. The sensors for my alarm are cheaper, batteries last 8 to 10 years, and they ARE supervised. I would NEVER use unsupervised flood sensors to protect my house. Shame on you WaterCop for not making better flood sensors considering how much you charge for them.

Much better than having a flood.
Recently had major water damage in my home. Not just the cost, but the inconvenience of having to have a major refurbishment.Upstairs and downstairs hardwood floors ruined, sheetrock walls and ceilings damaged. Water coming out of chandalier! We were only out for 2 hours! Swimming pool in basement from failed faucet line on 2nd floor. If only I had installed this sooner. After years of installing security and fire alarms, I now know why water can be referred as to 'the enemy within.'

It's so easy to use. It makes me leaving my house stress free.
This is absolutely the best. I am only home every other week, and I shut my water off for safety reasons. Since I Have a crawl space, it was so difficult turning off my water. Now all I have to do is press the button, and my water is completely shut off. I recommend this to everyone.
