This is an upgraded version, and I bought the non-upgraded one a month ago. I am not sure what the difference is; The original headset had great sound, which occasional, random, disconnection of the USB dongle, but the main problem was that my GF could hear me when I played games or audio played. This one has the same exact problem. Everytime I play a game, she can only hear air, like someone whispering. The minute I pause the game, she can hear me. I have the headset at half volume too. It is not a bad headset, but if you want to use the mic, I suggest another headset. I do not think the wireless capacity of this headset is very good. The battery life isn't great either, but for the price, you get what you pay for. I cannot expect a $58 headset to have the same battery life has $100. Other things, I really wish I did not have to turn the LEDs off every time I turn the headset on. In previous headsets, if I turned the LEDs off, they stayed off upon the next wake cycle. In sum, these have the same sound as the non-upgraded version, which is pretty good, especially the bass department, but overall I do not seen any improvements. Microphone/connectivity seems to be poor, and the only reason I tried this upgraded version was in hope of remedy of the those issues. Many people rave positive things about the microphone, so I thought it just had to me, but the same problem persists. Be warned, you cannot return this headset, so now, I have two of same headset with the same defect.

These are not all that comfortable, the cups are a little small. So with prolonged use my ears start to hurt. The sound quality is ok, I have had them a few weeks now I have not had any complaints from friends about how I sound so I think the mic works well. My biggest gripe is my ears get sore due to the cups being to small for me.

The media could not be loaded.  I had some issues with the pairing system in the device, plugged in USB in my PS4 and it won't connect/pair with the headsets as instructions inside the box said. I requested assistance with Customer service and they explained better the way it works and now I'm using my headsets wireless... Thank you guys... A tip would be to update instructions in the box for something better explained as the ones in the box are a little tricky... I'll keep using them and see what they have to offer, so far experience have being good. Uploaded a video for people having same issue, for console players, make sure your console is set on "All Audios" and not "Chat Audio" hope it helps.

Overall this headset for the money is effing awesome! The sound quality and noise cancelling are some of the best we have found. Quality of the headset is top notch, the only thing we found that is a little off is the swivel on the speakers seems a little flimsy. Other than that we'll be back for more.

Great headset for the person looking for comfort and good sound. has a really useful microphone that can be moved in many directions and will be super clear on video or sound. the cushion on the earpads are very soft and they do not feel hard or give me pressure on my head. the band at the top is very soft as well so it wont hurt after a while of gaming. the LED lights are very cool and customizable. the headset has alot of cool features and it can be adjusted to fit all head sizes. im very happy with my purchase.

I was a bit sceptical on these. After purchasing and actually using they are really good for the price, sound and a very good distance as long as nothing obstructs the signal radius.

So I got these for work since they go over my ears and have usb connection. Absolutely adore these! They look cool and sound and nice are incredible!!! About to buy a 2nd pair for myHusband who is a gamer. Only thing I don’t like is the auto shut off after 30 minutes. I work from home and sometimes I don’t talk for a while. Other then that really great deal for amazing headset!!!

Got these headphones in February for my grandson and the mic doesn't work anymore. He has had intermittent problems with this pair since he got them.

El envío fue muy rápido y el producto vino perfectamente empaquetado en su caja que incluye los auriculares y un pequeño manual que incluye castellano, aunque no hay mucho que explicar ya que su uso es muy sencillo.El primer detalle es la calidad de construcción, y es que es muy buena. No me esperaba estos acabados por este precio. Son robustos y dan la sensación de aguantar bien el paso del tiempo. Las almohadillas son suaves al tacto y blandas y el cable usb es grueso y viene cubierto de tela, lo que lo hace algo rígido y no tan agradable al tacto, pero a la vez la da durabilidad y evita que se enrede. El micrófono no es extraible, pero se pliega en los propios cascos, ocupando muy poco.En cuanto al uso, me sorprendió su comodidad. Parecen grandes y dan la sensación de que van a pesar mucho, sin embargo, una vez te los colocas, son muy cómodos. La diadema viene acolchada y hace su trabajo perfectamente. Los cascos recogen perfectamente la oreja y aíslan sin presionar. Este es un detalle importante, ya que son unos cascos de cancelación de ruido (pasiva), eso quiere decir que cuando te los ponen, te aíslan bastante del exterior. Además, los cascos incluyen varios controles físicos. Por un lado, tienes un botón para conectar y desconectar el micrófono, que es muy útil, y por otro una ruleta en cada casco. Una de ella controla el volumen y otro los colores de los leds. Tienen un modo en el que van cambiando de color solos, y con el botón puedes ir cambiando a colores fijo. El único pero es que no se pueden configurar desde la aplicación.A la hora de usarlos en el pc, es tan sencillo como enchufar el usb y listo. Windows los reconoce al instante, instala unos drivers y los asigna como dispositivo de audio. Tan sencillo como eso. Un detalle a tener en cuenta que puede ser positivo y negativo dependiendo de cada uno. Al ser unos auriculares USB, estos llevan su propia tarjeta de sonido. Para mucho puede ser algo bueno, sobre todo en portátiles y pcs antiguos, pero si te has gastado dinero en una tarjeta dedicada de audio o tu placa es de alta gama, estos auriculares no son para ti, ya que no la podrás aprovechar. Otro punto a tener en cuenta es que si quieres usar el 7.1 virtual y alguna otra función, no es suficiente con los drivers que instala windows automáticamente, sino que tendrás que ir a la web que viene indicada en el manual e instalar sus propios drivers, como se puede ver en una de mis fotos.Por último y quizás más importante, como suenan. La verdad es que me han sorprendido para bien, pero hay que matizar. No esperéis sonido de unos cascos hifi de alta gama. El sonido es correcto. Para películas y sobre todo juegos, suenan de lujo, las voces son claras y los bajos suficientes. Sin embargo, si escucháis mucha música, aparecen sus carencias. Lo mismo sucede con el micrófono. Con las pruebas que he hecho, se me escucha clara y sin distorsión, ahora, no es lo mismo que un micrófono dedicado.En resumen, no son de alta gama, pero por lo que cuestan no te puedes equivocar.

Wer auf der Suche nach einem günstigen Modell ist, das aber einige Jahre halten soll, ist mit diesem Teil sehr gut beraten. Natürlich hat man sowohl bei der Verarbeitung als auch beim Sound Abstriche gegenüber einem Premium-Modell zu machen, die sind aber wirklich gering oder lassen sich zumindest teilweise beheben. Acabo de tramitar la devolución y la verdad que me jode tener que devolverlos porque eran casi perfectos.Muy buen material, diseño bonito, buena calidad de sonido, buen micrófono, muy cómodos pero me he encontrado con un problema que para mi echa hacia atrás todo lo demás que tiene bueno.El primer día de uso tras 3-4 horas empezó a dolorme la oreja izquierda, fue algo leve así que lo dejé pasar.Al día siguiente el uso fue más extenso, tras 6 horas el dolor empezó a ser intenso (solo en la oreja izquierda, la derecha sin problemas) y tenía que quitarmelos. Para mi uno de los puntos más importantes es que tras el uso prolongado no me duelan las orejas y por este motivo acabo de tramitar la devolución.No se si a alguien más le ha pasado ya que al leer los comentarios creí que había encontrado los auriculares perfectos, pero por desgracia no ha sido así.

Ein Licht am Mikrofon signalisiert, dass das Mikrofon aktiv ist.Das Mirkofon ist wirklich erstaunlich gut, sehr klar, ohne viel Raumgeräusche zu übertragen! Wer kennt es nicht, man kauft ein Headset und das Mirkofon klingt wie eine Blechdose. Es hat leichtes Grundrauschen (getestet in Audacity), wenn man genau hinhört, aber es ist eben kein Großmembran Mikrofon. In Teamspeak/Skype/Discord kann man das Headset wirklich super nutzen um dich mit Freunden zu unterhalten. Ebenso Spiele mit den Kumpels oder Filme gucken, der Sound ist gar nicht schlechtIch hoffe, ich konnte einen guten Eindruck vom Headset vermitteln :)

estos auriculares son los segundos que compro de esta marca y una vez mas estoy encantado con la compra. la calidad de materiales es muy buena se nota nada mas cogerlos, La calidad de sonido es muy buena en el modo normal, (en el modo 7.1 no lo he probado asique no puedo opinar si va bien o no), la calidad del micrófono que lleva incorporado me ha sorprendido lo bien que capta el sonido y la buena calidad que ofrece, (no confiaba mucho en el micro ya que aunque lo puedes subir y bajar no lo puedes regular a la altura de tu boca pero capta perfectamente el audio incluso hablando muy bajo), también lleva dos ruedecitas a cada lado del auricular, uno para subir y bajar el volumen y otro para la iluminación RGB, me parece un sitio muy cómodo para ubicarlo. en general me parecen unos auriculares muy completos y con una buena relacion calidad precio.
