When I first received the chair it was in a giant flimsy brown box with multiple punctures, holes, a leg was sticking out of the box and the tape on the top was torn off. Some pieces were scratched and the seller offered some compensation, but still I'd stay cautious about the shipping.The chair itself is comfy and I enjoyed it pretty much daily and found it to be good enough for napping in like advertised.The back cushion goes limp pretty quick while the head cushion seems more rigid then comfortable. Arm rests give way pretty quick.About 3 months time and the piston no longer stays put all the time, certain angles squish it.at around the 4 month the back of the chair no longer supports weight and just slides back to the maximum setting, leaving this more like a stool then a chair.This went from a lovely chair I enjoyed every day to a stressful uncomfortable mess in little under a month.

Well, I was hoping this chair would alleviate some back problems I was having from my old chair, but it was worse! This chair is at a 90 degree angle and it’s anfked forward like you can actually slip off! No amount of professional building can make this chair worth your time or money. The arms are terrible, the pillows are NEVER in the right spot, the foot rest barely stays on. A poor chair! Tried to return it over a month ago and I STILL haven’t gotten a response. But a REAL gaming chair.

Bought this for my boyfriend for our anniversary and he absolutely loves it. Is it every night. It's so comfortable. For me the pillows could stand to be a bit lower, but I'm a super tiny girl, they work perfectly for my boyfriend. It is a bit bigger than I thought but it still is perfect

The chair works great at first, but if you're a larger person, expect it to break down quickly. The piston failed within two months, leaving the chair at the lowest position. The leg rest is pretty much unusable unless you're a very small and light person. Could use some more padding in the seat portion. All-in-all this chair fulfilled my need, but at what I paid for it, I would expect a little more quality.

Decent enough chair, semi-soft cushions, leg rest sturdiness, although the rigidity of the extension bars is lacking, is so-so. The head chusion frequently pulls up and off.

The chair feels a little wobbly and weak at times. However my son sits in it daily and seems to love it!

My son loves this chair it’s so comfortable and I love that it has different positions you can set it back at.

Bought this for my sons birthday! He loves loves this chair. He says he can take naps after work and does it wake up sore 😁
