This frame is OK. It is lightweight. It does not allow you to do anything other than the amount of time you can view a picture. You do random order, and that is your only choice. Watching it for hours, I see the same picture 3 times in a half hour, and other pictures I only see once. The picture is decent quality. The main issue I have with this is that the pictures are sideways or upside down on many of them. There is no way to change that. I look at the picture on the computer, it is the correct way, but on the frame it will be sideways. This is very annoying. I have 2 other frames with the same pictures and neither of them do that. I was debating on keeping this frame. It is a good size of 15 inch, but with the pictures going in the wrong direction, I am not sure it is worth it to keep. All of my pictures taken with a digital camera years ago present in the correct orientation, but the new ones from the cell phone do not. There is also no way to change the fading. They all go the same. I have options on my other frames. The directions included with it are almost useless. I am tech savvy enough to have figured it all out. This would be nice for someone who wants to display pics that were not taken in the past 2 years on a cell phone.

Needed it for a presentation. Arrived on time. opened it a week or so later it didn't work at all. I missed the return date so I'm stuck with a black screen :(

I got it for my mom for Mother's Day. She loves it and she never turns it off.
