how long is the knife overall & how long is the blade

The blade is 4 1/2" and overall is about 10" long.

how do i disassemble this model. there is no round ball at the end to unscrew ?

I believe you remove one of the side panels that have "tusa" embossed on them and the knife either comes apart or you will see another fastener. IIRC. It came with instructions on how to disassemble and Maintain but I cannot find them now.

Is it comfortable or practical to wear on your forearm?

This knife could be worn on the forearm. Comfort is an individual assessment only the wearer can make. The lower leg or even on the BCD are other well used locations

How much does the knife weigh?

Not sure if the exact weight, but it is very light. Balanced to the handle. I've taken it in 10 dives so far, it's unoticable in any thickness of wet suit
