It's nice and bright, that's one positive thing about it.The mounting clip for the lamp isn't sturdy at all. It can't even hold the weight of the lamp with the hardware provided. I was very disappointed with this because the clamp would have been perfect... if it worked properly. I had to use some engineering skills and some tape to get it stable.Edit: The moisture gauge does work properly, you just have to let it sit in the soil for a while.

I have noticed a lot of new growth under this light on a very finicky tropical tree that I wasn't sure was going to survive another season now I will be getting a second light (maybe a third) I have this hooked up to a timer so I do not have to worry about turning it off or on daily

Absolutely worth it. I plan on buying 2-3 more withing the next week. I sat my seeds in peat moss in a corner next to a window that geys indirect lights. I leave thia lamp on them foe 12 hours a day and all my seeds sprouted about a week or two before expected. All my seedlings are strong and healthy. pleasantly suprised by this product

Poor growth response compared to other similar lights purchased. Green was a unnecessary color, plants reflect green, not absorb it.The light looks like its white LED's with colored lenses to try to make up for short comings.

Everything works and was easy to set up. Bulb is pretty awesome looking and bigger then I thought would be so I'm super satisfied. Never tried a bulb like this, excited to see how my plants do.

Actually stopped a dying plant that I had in my living room. Has also brought a banana plant back from the edge of extinction.

I used this last night and was amazed. Believe it or not I used it as a light therapy on my face. The head is so large I can do my face in no time. Very pleased.

This is a good and basic grow light kit for indoor seed germination and plant growing. I am very pleased with this kit. I would purchase another if it were to become available again.
