Works Great!
Bought it for my husband and it’s nice that you don’t need to screw it in the wall. It holds my 200lb husband when her does pull-ups. Great product

Works as advertised but DON'T USE IT ON PAINT YOU CAN EASILY SCRATCH
So let me preface this by pointing out that while I am a little disappointed with the way things worked out, this really couldn't have gone any other way and the mishap had nothing to do with any flaw in the product. It does what it's supposed to do.I was so excited to get this bar because my wife (understandably) won't let me drill into our walls, and a pullup tower takes up too much room. I used to use an Iron Gym, but our current apartment doorways don't fit it. So I've been forced to get in my car and drive to the nearest fitness park which is a mile away if I want to use a proper pullup bar. This bar seemed perfect, I'd be able to put it up and take it down without a trace, and while the doorways are a bit too narrow, there were a few spots around the apartment that I could set it up between two walls.I set the bar up with little trouble and bang out a workout in the glorious privacy of my own home. Pullups, suspension trainer rows, dips, the works. Fantastic. The bar is solid as a rock. I'm happy. Then I take it down and a chunk of paint comes with it.The ridges on the gripping ends had dug so deeply into the paint that I had to use hot water and a screwdriver to get it off. I also had to use said hot water and screwdriver to defend myself from my wife long enough to convince her that I can fix the damage. Hopefully my spackling skills are as sharp as the pain of knowing that I'll have to keep driving to a pull up bar.Yes, of course I tested it by installing it, doing a few reps, and taking it down to check for damage. This was a full workout (I weigh 88kgs, for reference) and I guess the repetitive stress made the ridges dig deep into the paint. Actually I don't guess, I know for sure, I am literally a mechanical engineer and I should have seen this coming. In summary, this bar will absolutely hold up to your workout but it will also absolutely tear up your standard, easily scratched, wall paint. Heed this warning or you will be fighting off a furious housemate, which is especially difficult when you already toasted your arms doing pullups.

UNSAFE: DO NOT BUY
I followed the instructions to the T. Installed everything, checked numerous times, hanged and did pull ups to make sure its in place - all ok. After a few rounds of pull ups I noticed that the bar is VERY loose. I tightened it. More pull ups. Same story. The bar comes loose all the time. I ended up falling. Would've returned this terribly-made product anyway because who wants a loose pull up bar.The designers of this knock off (likely stolen IP by the manufacturers) made it so the middle of the bar (the exact thing you're handing on and naturally pulling down as you grip it) is ALSO the tightening mechanism for keeping the bar between the posts. By doing additional reps you're LOOSENING the bar.Go the other way you'll say? Ok, but what about the PLASTIC spin locks that keep coming undone? I had to re-tighten all of the screws that held the spin locks in place as they were practically coming apart after the most moderate use. This is not a "budget" version of a more expensive product. This is a badly-made, unsafe knock-off offered to make a quick buck off us stuck at home on quarantine. DO NOT BUY!

You have to tighten it in the frame correctly.
Its exactly what I expected. You position your rubber feat correctly and turn the center to tighten it, once its tight, turn it another half turn to really lock it in there. My first attempt one of the feet slipped, because I didnt tighten it enough. But after that it worked like a dream. Mind you Im only 180lbs but it should be fine for most people. The rubber feet did nothing to the door frame in term of marks or scuffs, so thats good. Now we will see if it stands the test of time.

Great Product- Easy install
Bought this bar for my two kids (6 & 8). I installed it in a bedroom doorway and it was very easy to install. I load tested it by hanging on it for a few seconds. I'm 175lbs. It held me easily and the kids have been doing pullups and hang tine challenges on it every day.Great and simple product. Seconds to take down and put up.

440 lbs is misleading
First - and most important - I ordered this bar for physical therapy, resistance. That said, it does meet my needs - is relatively easy to put up and take down as needed. The weight limit, however is very misleading. The limit decreases rapidly with wider door frames. My frame is 34 1/2 inches and the limit is around 200 lbs. I weigh 202 lbs so I better not try pullups. Beware that a 36 inch extension (door width) is ONLY 165 lbs. but it does work well for resistance - pulling on bands.

Great quality
The pull up bar was delivered at super sonic speed and did not disappoint! Well designed and constructed, the extra padding makes it more comfortable to hold on to.
