I love this frother. It's super fast and convenient. I was surprised at how easy and quick it whips up cold or warm. I've had it a few months now and no issues.I look forward to every morning I get to froth!

Same thing happened to me as another customer posted on 2/26.Frother stopped working after two weeks.Would like to exchange for another one. Hope the seller is accomodating.

A year ago I bought a different model from Hadineeon and it recently broke. I reached out to the vendor and they had the most supportive customer service. They offered to refund or replace my frother, and will be sending me this one in its place. I love polite customer service. Thank you so much :)

The one problem I have with this Milk Frother is the milk doesn't get very warm. You cannot beat the frothing though!

I got this in February. I haven't even used it 10x. Maybe not 5x. Decided I wanted a latte this morning instead of normal coffee and put milk in and pressed the button and nothing happened. Very disappointed that it stopped working so soon.

It looked great with the rest of my counter utensils, after it went into safe mode and I got great customer service from the seller, my frother is perfect I use it everyday it gives me the perfect froth for my coffee. This was a good purchase.***UPDATE this product is trash literally. Don't waste your money!

It worked great for a couple of months then one day it just stopped working. ☹️
