Warm tips before you using our product: 1. The open side of the vacuum bag should be right in the vacuum chamber, because only in the vacuum chamber, it can vacuum. 2. Press the two sides of the lid, until you hear the " crack " sound, that means that the machine is locked. If it is not locked, it can't vacuum well. 3. If you want to vacuum fragile food like biscuit, please use the "pulse" button: Click "vacuum" button, then "pulse" when biscuit is nearly cracked, and you can continue vacuuming or to seal the bag. 4. To longer lifespan of joint heat-resistant strip.

Review for Crenova Food Sealer (as show in picture but not text)
I still love my compact Crenova food sealer! I have had to use the plastic hose to blow out the line a couple of times (same as with my old name-brand sealer). Also, if there's any moisture on the bag edge before sealing, or food is frozen and bag is too small, there may be a problem with air removal. These few tips can make your experience using this machine so much better.I highly recommend this product. BTW, I have also bought bags from Amazon which are cheaper than name-brand, and they work perfect.

Service is terrible
It worked great for a few months, But then it got to where it did not hold a seal. I would take a package out of freezer and it would have a lot of air in it. I contacted crenova last week and they told me they would send me a Amazon gift card to replace it. I have yet to receive one. They do not even answer the phone anymore. Very dissatisfied!

Not working well after a few uses
Worked the first 10 bags. Can't get it too complete air evacuation after. Even if i use the wet cycle. Might be operator error buuuttt?

3 yrs then quit
Item worked fine for 3 yrs and thenquit...no warranty of course, guess I’m out $85 😖

How to solve bag problem.
Bags come in rolls. When you cut the bag you usedafter vacuuming, it is difficult to vacuum an other one.
