Where are these filters manufactured? Thx!

I have a water filtration system installed that need all these three filters.

These 5 micron (not 10 micron as in original). Does it slow down water flow or affect filtration in stage 4 & 5?

Hello, In most cases, the water flow will not be slowed down, nor will it affect the stage 4 and stage 5 filtration. Only in the case of extremely poor raw water quality will slow down the water flow and slightly affect the use of melt blown.

Is this a replacement for apec filter-ES set?

It is but don’t buy, had terrible odor in water from these foreign filters, sent back, then ordered filters made in usa they were fine

Good alternative

Appear to be quality. Water tastes like it did with the Apex filters....

Poor quality

You get what you pay for. I use RO for my aquariums, so I have a TDS sensor. 1 year old factory filters were at 4 ppm so it's time to change them. These filters, even after flushing the system a few times, wouldn't go below 5 ppm. These would be fine for drinking water, but if you need perfectly pure water look elsewhere.

Quality

The filters are to tall to allow baskets to close completely cause leaks. Had to go get new filters at home depot to complete job. Will not buy this item again.
