I was looking for a home gym equipment suitable for multiple workouts and every height people, especially for short people. First we received 8 resistance bands for a total of 280 lbs. It is the only seller on the market that offers this. Second, most customers complain about the length of the bands which makes it difficult to do squats. Thirdly, with AMFRA workouts home kit, it is possible to shorten the bands and get good resistance. Summary, the kit is versatile, easy to use, good value money, free workouts videos and helpful for physical therapy. RECOMMEND!!!

First, I was looking for home gym equipment, easy to use since I don’t have time to go to the gym. This equipment is versatile. I can adapt multiple exercises to my daily training. For the squats, deadlift training, I can use the bar with variable resistance bands. The days I want to work my arm and legs, I use the anchor door, adjustable handles without the bar. Everything comes with free videos workout guides. Most interesting, Seller adapted the kit for short people by using a band strap to shorten the bands but you must carefully follow the instruction guide for setting it up properly. For more strength, I will recommend a seller to use a metal buckle instead of plastic.

Message: I liked the fact that the tapes go up to 280 lbs. I ordered the product out of curiosity but I fell in love with it because of its quality and the option that it offers especially with its bag to take it is really great as a sports equipment.

My first impression upon opening my package was my satisfaction, considering the price it cost to me. The equipment is quite versatile and easy to use. I also like the bar, it's very comfortable. For my exercises, I love the fact that I can use a maximum of 8 resistance bands up to 280lbs on a door with an anchor door, in my living room while watching workouts training, in the office cloak room when my working days are extended. I now have my new source of motivation to workout on a regular basis because I can't find the time to go to the gym anymore. I think I will cancel my gym membership.

Its an ok product to work out, but the quality is not there 100%. The plastic piece that adjusts the straps on the bar broke within 1 month of usage. I was lucky I was not doing any exercise that could have resulted in me getting injured, and that the broken piece flew far away from me. In general, I would not recommend since you can get injured using the bar.

The product probably has potential. I thought it would be a versatile tool on travel and such . Easy to put together and straight forward to use . On my very first use, 3rd rep, this thing “exploded”. It came apart with such force it hit my 15 foot ceiling . It then bounced off that and hit my front door which was 20 feet away. Thankfully it missed lights and any number of glass . It failed at a couple of points. I’m sure the plastic on the adjustable straps was the first thing to go and caused the the rest of the events . I will simply get my money back . No interest in a repeat of that.

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for something to start doing workout at home, and this workout kit is just perfect for me. As I can do almost all the exercises I want with this kit. I feel like I brought gym home 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾. The workout bands are very versatile; flexible and resistant. I can use them for multiple exercises playing with the tension level. Good tools to exercise at home!!! I strongly recommend this product, the satisfaction is 100%.

I absolutely loved this device when I first started using it. I started a superset with overhead press, barbell curls, and then sumo squats to overhead press. Not sure how I’d handle it, I slapped on the two 40lb bands. The first set was awesome! I loved the resistance through the entire motion. I slapped on another 30lb to each side. Boom, overhead press felt lovely! Curls were so nice! I was feeling really good about this purchase.Then I started my third set. I get to my 3rd sumo squat and get the bar just above my ears when the plastic fixture attaching the band SNAPS and sends the band flying at my foot! Excruciating pain!I have ordered a second as a replacement. If this one fails I’m afraid I’m going to have to come back and get my two stars back!
