I had problems, contact them and solve the issue
I just received the box, installed and it was not updating or working. I contacted them and they gave me very good instructions to solve the problem. Even a WhatsApp video call to guide me through. Now is working as advertised. Thank you.

Won’t work!
It keep buffering continuously every 3-5 minutes, and then it has to reboot. Tried for 2 weeks, In a 1gb speed internet, so definitely internet was not the issue. I gave up and ended returning it.

At first instance it doesn’t look that good but it really is .. keep it for 2-3 weeks and you will like it so much that won’t be able to live daily life without it ..
