DO NOT DOWNLOAD REQUIRED CAMERA APP
Ever since I downloaded the app required to use the camera function for this product, my iPhone began to download random apps. Deleted the required app and the downloads stopped!!!

Overall best product I have owned Excellent customer Service
For the first time, I fumbled around a bit to connect to wifi but easy to do later on. Took photos but were not saved--- wandered around until I found "permissions" and enabled download photos to cell phone. Gyroscope feature kept picture upright no matter how I twisted the endoscope-- that's a plus. Autofocus worked well. Used endoscope to see problem area with earwax--- used otc DEBROX droplets and a water flushing system that resembles a spray bottle with a thin tube attached--- used endoscope to see results. This saved me $89 at the 24 hour medical clinic for ear wax removal every few months. Little bit nervous at first about sticking metal into my ear canal-- baby steps-- try not to bruise sensitive tissue of the ear canal-- A-OK... I charge the unit through a usb port on my computer.

Cool product!!!
The camera is really cool that you can see inside clearly. Very easy to set up and use. Comes with couple tips which is nice that you can replace them. Nice to use overall!

How to fully use the technology with this machine
The moment I use this device,I realize that it is a great work of art, not only that you can clearly see where are the spot that you need and want to clean with the cam,it’s amazing how easy to use.I’m glad I have gotten one
