Good, warm gloves, keep your hands dry. They seem durable, this brand usually is....

HUSBAND APPROVED!
Ordered these for the hubby and HE LOVES THEM. His coworker saw them and wanted to order them too. They are warm, sturdy gloves with good grip and his hands stay dry- even when handling wet lines (boats). They seem durable-- I'm giving 4 stars only because time will tell but thus far they made it through December 2018. I will say the added knuckle guards really saved his fingers from injury when one of the lines snapped and went flying by. I've ordered him other Mechanix gloves before (some are better than others) but these I would definitely buy again without a doubt.

Outstanding but imperfect gloves
This glove is excellent for warmth and waterproof performance. I just wore it to clean the snow on my porch. But what I can't understand is how such a good glove manufacturer took a low-level mistake. The hook surface of the Velcro use to adjust the tightness of the glove is facing outward. This causes the Velcro hook surface to scratch the elastic cloth in the glove when adjusting the glove, and hook my clothes when I take the things from my pocket.

not water tested yet removed the impact pads with no issues they feel much better now less stiff they seam very very warm quality glove thinsulate is great.
