This product has so many options and is the only blender you need. This blender has many options. My favorite feature of this product is the crushed Ice feature since I don't have an ice maker I have to use a hand ice cube tray and my ice is always bulky and chunky I love that i am able to pour my big chunks into the blender and have a full glass of crushed ice.Another feature that I love is the pureed feature. I have a child that is one years old and my old blender would have to run forever before it would finally puree and this option so that I can puree my own foods for for my daughter. The speed and sharpness of the blades are amazing making smoother and faster than I have ever seen in a blender.We also made smoothies with this blender and it was a great the fruit and veggies pureed smoothies and it didn't take any time at all. Another cool feature of the blender is that top of the lid comes out and has a handy measuring cup on top. easy to help measure liquids and to top it off there is a little spout hole on top that you can pour liquids into without taking the lid off and without stopping the blades.The blender has a power on and off button with light up display. Easy to take apart and easy to clean. The blender is easy to use and dishwasher safe. The blender has a cord wrap under the machine for easy storage.The only thing that I dislike about this blender is that it doesn't have a flip top lid for easy pouring like my old blender. Unfortunately you have to remover the whole lid in order to pour any smoothie etc. but the benefits are way better than my previous one. This blender has been a great addition to my families morning smoothies. I would definitely recommend this addition for many of your kitchen needs. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

This is a terribly cheap product engineered to fail and it sprays liquid out the top by design.I guess I missed that all the good reviews were people who got it for free. I'd be decently pleased with this as a free blender, but it's not worth more than $40 or so that a typical cheap blender would cost.The measuring cup that fits in the lid sounds great until you realize it doesn't seal at all with the lid. liquid splashes up into the top of the lid. It's been designed with a recess so that liquid doesn't spill all over, but it gets all over the top of the lid which is gross and wastes product. The measuring cup also has a pinhole in it which some liquid will spurt up out of and get you in the face if your blender is a bit full.Also it doesn't blend very well, leaves a nice blended hole in the middle with unblended stuff all around and when you stir down the unblended stuff you can hear the motor struggling and the motor load varying in pitch. So there's that.The whole thing feels cheap. Yes, it's made in China and smells of cheap plastic. The blade that drives the system is metal which is nicer than my old Kitchen Aid garbage, but the blend side is plastic. The blend jug also has tiny little spring loaded pins on it to tell the blender it's in place which look easily broken.Considering the quality of today's goods and standards it's really about a 3/5, but I'm offsetting all the 5 star reviews that were paid for. I don't usually do that, but you know, sometimes the manufacturer deserves it.

I got this machine to blend and purree. It does just both nicely. I didn’t get it for chopping, making kebabs mixture etc etc that I use my proper chopper for. Neither it grounds dry spices. I use it everyday and yes Everryday!! The jug goes into the dishwasher everyday too. So its durable and good plastic. I mostly use it to make ginger garlic tomato onion paste. After washing the plastic doesn’t smell of any of those things so I can easily use the same jug to make fruit juices and shakes. I never use ice so no ice crush function evaluation here. One more thing, the blade is removable but I don’t remove it to wash. It is a bit of a hassle. I have removed it only once in a two months continuous usage to wash it thoroughly otherwise dishwasher does a good job. I would say dont remove the blade if using everyday to wash it. There’s a rubber washer, etc and to me its just a hassle to attach detach. I am giving four stars because I have to add little water to get my onion garlic etc purreed otherwise it never works. The blade just keeps moving doesnt chop. The functionality of the jug is good in that it is narrow at the bottom so the whirling function is there, its just that the blade is sitting a bit too high from the bottom. Lastly, I am satisfied with my purchase.

It's a good blender while it worked. I bought it in June 2016. It died today, Jan 2018. Happy new year!? Anyway. It was used about 5-10 times per month for smoothies We do not use ice cubes- just used to blend frozen berries and the like. The plastic gear from the base, that engages the blades broke off. Very frustrating. Would not buy again.
