Cheap, but expect what you get for cheap
This is a soft cushion, as far as meditation cushions go. As a matter of fact, it's too soft. I'd actually give it 2 1/2 stars, if I could. It won't support you well enough if you're trying to use a cross legged position. You'll feel yourself sliding and find your weight is actually on your knees. If you try to sit all the way back on it, you'll find yourself slouching in no time. The only way I found this pillow to be workable is if I sit in saddle legs, with my feet under me. I think part of the problem might also be its size. I don't recommend it. Spend more and get a pillow that will give you more support. BTW, I'm only 5'3", 120 lbs - and I'm no relation to the guy who wrote about getting the pillow for his petite girlfriend.

This is such a powerful little cushion, that I accidentally ordered! I had originally wanted to replace my cushion that has the husks inside so I was at first disappointed and angry at myself for not reading it more carefully, BUT when I sat on it I was amazed at how wonderful it was! Sooooo, I kept this one and still ordered another one with the husks. From this, you can see that this is not my favorite for long term mediatation, but I like the way the body and spine feel when you sit on it. I am very happy I made the "mistake"!

Very Satisfied
Great product. Well made. Exactly what I hoped for. I'm a bigger guy - 240 lbs - and I was afraid the pillow wouldn't be firm enough. Not only does it support me, it's still extremely comfortable. Thank you.

The right size and materials... For meditation is excellent... i amm 182 and 5-7 ... I really like to sit and last an hour meditating...

Great meditation cushion with good support
Great meditation cushion with good support. It does not let you fall over but it is also comfortable to sit on for a lot of the time.
