Cake Boss Stainless Steel Tools and Gadgets 3-Cup Flour Sifter with Red Silicone Grips

A very attractive product with a nice silicone grip and appears to be built with a high quality of materials. The size is just right and is not too large or heavy. Just don't grab it in the morning and try to pour coffee into what you thought was a fancy mug. It ended up literally and figuratively to be that "bottomless" cup of coffee. It has since been relocated away from the coffee cup cabinet.

first I was a bit skeptical about it, because I know buddy is an excellent pastry chef, but I wasn't sure about his products, so I give it a tried and I end up buying most of their product. their are excellent well made, do the work so nicely. he knew the real necessities for bakery. I love this. excellent product!

I love stainless and this sifter is good quality and works well for small sized sifting.

Used it two times and it sort of broke. There is this thin metal disc on the bottom that keeps the sifter blades aligned and it popped on and went into my flour I was sifting. I would have never know there was this dime size, flat metal piece in my flour had I not had reading glasses on and it went into the flour so it just looked like a hair. Had I not seen this and continued on baking, it could have been part of my bread and broke someone's tooth or gotten digested and cut up someone's insides. It was very thin so it would have acted like a knife in the soft tissues of the digestive tract. NOT GOOD AT ALL! Looked pretty impressive but it poor construction, poor design, hard to clean, don't waste your money. I am going back to a large sieve with no mechanical moving parts.

Love the ease of using his sifter with arthritic hands. The mechanism glides and doesn't catch. Also great for prepping cake pans.

Very disappointed with this sifter. I used it with almond flour and sifting was slow. Afterwards there were bits of flour stuck between the two screens that I can't get out. I ended up ordering a different one with only one screen.

I should have listened to the reviews!! This does do its job, it does sift flour very well, but it is too small for real baking needs. I would look to a larger size. This unit holds only 2 cups of scooped flour, I could maybe see 3 cups fitting, if you compressed the flour down.Note: I ordered a 5 cup sifter, its perfect!!
