I would just like to Thank Maxtra for their amazing customer service. We had a small problem with the Scooter and they fixed it immediately. Kids love their Scooters.

USA Law on return of on-line orders:Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. ... They have another 14 days to return the goods once they've told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason.The scooter wheels are unsafe on any uneven surface. My daughter almost fell of skidding on clean court entering a driveway, 1/4 inch higher.Amazon stating that not refundable, they are breaking the law

Don't buy this product. Dont waste ur money.. The product is non refundable and ur money will be gone. I bought this scooter for my daughter and it came defect. I ask for replacement part and i was sent parts not related to the scooter. I tried to email them back to let them know but was cut off from communication. Now it is all waste of money.

I VERY MUCH LIKED THE PRICE!

Relatively slow and very heavy. My 8 year old found it to be boring.

Horrible item after few weeks not turn on.Please don’t buy this item

Doesn’t work it’s defective , haven’t gotten any email back as of yet.

Does not work handles wont stay up n too small
