This light is very versatile. Battery life is great and the app functionality is pretty on-point. The only thing is it would appear that syncing both lights to music is impossible, you can only sync one of them. I’ve tried different things and that’s the only feature that doesn’t work. Not a deal breaker but if you need more light output in that function, you won’t get it.That aside this works just as intended and gets the job done. It even works as a great hair light when doing your typical 3-point light set up. The cool part about that is that if you don’t need to turn both lights on for your set up, you can have the second light off and switch it on once the first one runs out. Really great multipurpose light.

one of my panels died and wont recharge or turn on. rip such a waste of money

Purchased because of price, features, and overall value in December instead of two Falconeyes F7s. Used on several photo shoots, Zoom presentations, and videos through February/March. Worked well. Stored it in it’s case since then. Pulled out for a job coming up this week and discovered that only one of the panels now works. The “top” panel would not charge or turn on even when plugged in. Tried with several cables and chargers. “Bottom” panel works perfectly. The lights have been well cared for and only used indoors. Extremely disappointed. Maybe I just got a lemon. Or half of one. Doubt I’ll try another of these. Need something more reliable.

I think that the hinged/connected design doesn't work out quite as well as it could. I wish they folded all the way around, not just backwards. But it is something unique and regardless of that the lights themselves are bright and full featured. High quality output with HSI and RGB control as well as filter presets, SFX and a wide range of white light. The app also works well, easy to connect and full featured including a color picker which can be very handy. 2 of these combined into 1 still cost less than 2 of the original F7's so it's very hard to complain. I just hope they release an "F7 Pro" with the same features and design but as individual lights.

Bright, functional, and well made. Remote control via app is inconsistent. Additional remote control options would be welcomed (Stream Deck, etc).

These lights are great. the app is amazing. I have no idea why they made them stuck together. Pull them apart as soon as they show up. They're controlled independently anyway. Heavier than my other LED panel but battery life is great.

I wanted to love this light, but after using it once and returning to use it a couple months later the battery on one panel has completely died and will not accept a charge. The working half held its charge for a very long time, but for no known reason one side went bad while just being left alone. I wish I could return my F7 now, but I'm outside the return period.

This is a really great light, I had the previous F7 and this is definitely a step up.The build quality is very sturdy and the magnets are very strong. The hinge is nice for storing and you can also unscrew the hinge to have 2 seperate lights which is a nice plus. I love using the app it is very convenient and very fluid.The light is bright but yet very small.Defiantly will be buying another soon!
