French T55 Bread Flour 10 Kg

Brilliant quality flour for making bread with, and at a very reasonable price. However, although Im not 100%sure, i think it has been treated/bleached, which makes it nkt very good for a sourdough starter (or for me anyway) but for making of normal breads, or baguettes, couldnt be better!!!

Any good flour I would buy it again and again
