Fantastic shape, support, and durability; less great comfort
Ok ladies. I wore this bra for 2 1/2 years straight, through nursing two babies (15 months apart, that was fun). I wore a 34DDD/F (once my milk settled). Here is my rundown:PROS:This is the best-fitting bra I've ever had, nursing or not. I LOVE the shape it gives - it lifts your breasts up a bit (without any padding), supporting and giving a flattering look both under a shirt and on its own. My husband was amazed that it wasn't a pushup, it looks so good. It holds its shape - so the bra shapes you, not the other way around. It has plenty of room for expansion (the lace extending all the way up helps provide space without gaping), but *doesn't* collapse after you've fed. So no looking lopsided after a feeding where the kid decided they didn't want side #2. (Most nursing bras allow for expansion by being stretchy. This one is not - which is why the cup can support its own shape, and also why it doesn't show the lopsidedness.) The straps don't slip. And last, these bras are super durable. I bought two of them and wore them every day (switching once a week with the laundry). Like any bra, they slowly stretched out a bit: I started on the loosest hook setting and I'm now down to the tightest, but the band still gives good support, unlike many bras which are completely unsupportive after a year or two of regular wear. There are no tears, no loose threads, no wire coming through, nothing coming apart at the seams - despite numerous washes in a lingerie bag dumped in the washer with the rest of the load on cold wash (and then air dried).CONS:This bra is not soft or stretchy. The fabric is chosen for its durability - not its comfort. The padding under the straps is soft, but the band is not. It is rough. There is a seam right over where the wires meet the armpit that is hard and scratchy. It keeps the wire from poking through, and it does that really well, but then the seam rubs. It's not super noticeable at first, but after my first full day of wearing it I yanked it off and gasped with relief, and then gently patted the red spots under my arms. It also left a painful line under my breasts - the edge of the seam under the underwire is stiff (like the rest of the bra, so no shock there), and chafed. It DOES get softer after a few washes - but it needs several washes, and not just one. I finally ran both of mine through the dryer (with NO HEAT, tumble dry) with a fabric softener sheet because they were still rough after three weeks of wearing and 4 washes each. This bra takes a while to "break in" - and it definitely needs breaking in. (If you use fabric softener sooner than I did, you might have a faster break-in time.) It does adjust to you as you wear it, eventually.Final thoughts:Much like a good pair of hiking boots or ice skates, this bra needs breaking in and could be uncomfortable through that period. Once you've pushed through that, however, this is one of the most fantastically supportive bras you'll find. I hardly notice I'm wearing it now. (The only time one of them will start to get uncomfortable now is if I've forgotten to wash it and it's been a few weeks...it's a good reminder, actually.) If what you want out of a bra is support, durability, and shape, then this is your bra.If what you want out of a bra is comfort, leak protection, and to be able to forget you're wearing it, then this bra is not for you. Check out ThirdLove bras. They are soft and stretchy and lightly supportive and flattering in a soft manner.Hope this was helpful, ladies! And I hope you find a nursing bra that you love, whether it's this one or a different one!

Not great, but the best I can find
This bra is so unreliable but it is also my go-to. My 4th one just broke. I have worn this for nursing three children now, and the underwire breaks every single time. However, it is the only nursing bra that kind of fits and gives me solid, supportive coverage. It’s not a perfect fit, as I need a size that doesn’t exist (30h). My first two le mystere bras always had the underwire break around a year, and honestly that’s what ended my nursing journey for two of my kids. The latest two bras broke after 2 weeks, and 9 months. I’m so sick of this bra and the underwire snapping, but I’ll probably end up buying it again because I can’t find anything that’s better.

and it's comfortable. I filled the cups nicely with a little ...
I ordered this bra on Amazon using their baby registry so that I could get it for 15% off.First things, I was impressed to see that there were 4 rows of hooks. Putting it on, I immediately observed that the band was much softer than I anticipated and I probably could have sized down to a 32, at least for the length of the band. I opted for a 34 because it was the size that had measurements on Bratabase already, and the measurements there seemed spot on for what I was looking for. I can tighten it on the 2nd tightest setting straight out of the package, and it's comfortable.I filled the cups nicely with a little room for engorgement, which is a must for a nursing bra. The shape is wider than my other non-nursing bras (expected, since I haven't found a nursing bra that really has a good forward projection yet), but otherwise lovely. The gore does not tack. I am not sure what exactly that translates to as far as cup fit and band fit; I think that as my cup size has gone up this pregnancy, some of that extra tissue is front and center, so I am more closely set together than my non-pregnancy breasts. All of the tissue seems well contained on the sides, and I think if I got the band tighter/could tell my boobs to stay where I want them - i.e. inside the wires, the gore would tack.As far as appearance and quality goes, this bra is made of foam and the foam is FIRM. When you undo the clip, the bra doesn't just immediately give way to the flood of breast tissue. I personally like this, since it gives me a chance to get my bearing on the nursing pad and the breast before a leaky nipple breaks free. Know what I mean? I had to actually reach down, bend over the cup (bad for the foam, so we'll see how it handles that wear and tear), and lift myself out. (I could probably leave the tissue in the bra, actually, since the nipple is well-revealed by that point. The bra itself is pretty, and an upgrade from my old Elomi underwires.I like it, and I look forward to using it once the baby arrives. I am just hoping that the band holds its shape over time, otherwise, I might need to get it adjusted.

Great pretty bra & very supportive on large chest.
I really like this bra. Very supportive for a larger chest (36E). The band is a bit snug wish i would have gone up tp a 38. I measure 37, but usually go done to 36 because the elastic in most bras streches out too quickly. I just purchaed a bra extender and thats working great. Cup size i measured F/G, took myself down to E/DDD because i know measurements are not super accurate once you hit DD. It's great! I don't feel like the strapes are the only thing holding me up. The whole bra is supportive, so my shoilders are not killing me at the end of the day. The cups are lined and will not flex or grow with you as fill up again. So, if you have a large difference between full and empty you may want the measured size- i am trying to wean so I don't need cups that expand any more and going down to the E made sense. The lace is only noticeable (scratchy or itchy) right in the beginning, but once i wore the bra a few times it softened a bit. I didn't notice it even after the first 20-30min. It only hit a small amout of breast at the top of the cup and along the front bottom of the band. Very minimal. I would order this again.

My first nursing bra
I had to buy a nursing bra to take to the hospital. There is a big variety of nursing bras on the internet but all seemed to be boring, not sex, no push-up, not padded. I ordered Le Mystere as it was different to the other ones. It fits perfectly. It does not look ugly but sexy! No one would say it is a nursing bra! Very happy with this purchase. Aiming to order different ones from the same brand as well.

Loved this bra for the shape and fit
Loved this bra for the shape and fit. It also looks much better under clothes than any other I have. As the other review says it is a bit stiffer than it looks but I have found it easier to use after its been washed lots and i am pleased to say it still looks great after all that washing.I would like to get another when they have my size back in. I have really appreciated finding a nursing bra that makes you feel and look good.

Good support but to ridged, makes my ever changing breasts look even bigger
Did not expect it to be so ridged and as padded x not easy to access breast due to this. It looks like it should be softer and less moulded in the pic.

Gives tons of support!
I've had this bra for several months, and it was just what I was looking for. While most nursing bras focus on comfort, I was wanting something to give me a nice shape and support with a classic underwire. This bra was a little uncomfortable at first, but I was very pleased by the structure and support it gives. After months of wearing and washing, it has held up considerably well. Wish the straps were fully adjustable.

Arrived damaged, too hard to nurse in.
I heard amazing things about this bra, and I love the look, but it arrived damaged. It is also way too structured for a nursing bra. The cups could not fold down enough to properly nurse. I was hoping this would be my solution to a cute nursing bra, but unfortunately it wasn’t. The company was amazing though and offered a full refund right away. Hopefully they improve the design and it works better for others.
