Arctic Fox Semi Permanent Hair Dye - 8 Ounce Neon Moon #12

Ive used everytype of dye and hands down this is my favorite. I tried it on a whim and have been wondering why i havent sooner. No stained skin, no crazy run off dying my tub. It smells great and has been in for 2 weeks and barely faded. I shower withhot water daily and use a blow dryer daily (iknow its bad for color but im a germ freak) My hair was completely white before i i applied it, and it kinda looked scary on, it started looking green.i left it on for 2 and a half hours and it came out a gorgeous neon yellow. Its bright and almost like a greeny yellow, kinda highlighter color. If you want a basic plain yellow, try cosmic sunshine. You can even mix a little bit of neon moon with alot of cosmic sunshine for a pretty color. And yes it does glow under blacklight, my husband loved that 😘😘

You gotta get SUPER light before you try and use this color. Not as pigmented as other colors from this brand but that’s to be expected.
