My skin is fairly sensitive. My skin is also very dry and it gets oil by nighttime. It is sometimes prone to acne. When I use the over the counter acne creams, it makes my skin red and severely dried it out. This particular product did not make it red nor took dry. It took a few days for my localized acne to heal but it effectively heals them and makes them disappear without harsh ingredients nor scarring. Recommended. Thank you.

I haven't seen much of a difference. Been using it for a while. Not sure it has done much. Went on great. Can't notice it on.

1.35 ounces of topical acne cream in a small plastic squeeze tube. The gel is heavy and doesn't fully absorb into the skin so I find it best to use overnight or for extended periods when you're at home without concern for others that might see you. That said its an effective topical gel and does a good job at drying out small breakpoint points in a natural, gentle manner without overdrying.

It is heavy and looks and feels like petroleum jelly. It is sticky and unpleasant like petroleum jelly, it just sits on top of skin and never goes away. it is so unpleasant. Interesting that when I put it on the back of my hand, it was not as bad. So, it might work for you if you have very dry skin, probably? I have combination skin, and covering it with the cream just does not work
