Ordered this off a small product picture. It arriver in a heavy tube plastic bag inside another tube shaped padded bag. No scratches anywhere. I find it's marked 1 - 10 on the side so You know how deep You set it. Fits Perfect in My 30.4 receiver tube on the bike. Deeply etched size measurements at the bottom. Smooth coated finish with a slight brushed feel. Bolt and movable parts work perfect / no binding. If You need just a seat post better grab this one.Lucky Me I bought two !!!

Fit is too loose to tighten
Ordered the correct size seat post for a bike upgrade project. Frame opening measures 25.6mm. Seat post measures 25.2mm. I can’t tighten the seat post clamp enough to snug it down. Not sure if the problem is my bike frame is too large or the seat post is too small. Either way this seat post doesn’t work on my bike.

Stay away from this. Advertised and marked size do not match with actual product
Ordered 27.2in post. The marking on the post says 27.2in but the actual diameter is 25.4in as shown in the picture. This is terrible quality control if they have any.

Haven’t tried it yet on my bike, but I’d seems nice and when the first one didn’t tighten enough, was my fault, they sent me a second one free! So great customer service!

Not sturdy
25.4 post bent. Granted, that's a small diameter for a mountain bike seatpost, but this has been pretty casual riding, for just 4 months, and not my primary bike - riding less than once a week. This should NOT be advertised as an MTB seatpost.

The original seat post on the bike was too short. This one was the perfect size.

Gouges and scrapes so easily. Works but becomes an eye sore quickly.
