Klaire Labs Iodine Complex 12.5 Milligrams - High Potency Iodine & Iodide (180 Capsules)

I take these ProThera Iodine Complex 12.5 capsules for my Breasts. When you have a Mammogram, you can find out if your Breasts are dense. If they are dense, then I was told by a Doctor that these Iodine capsules can help reduce the risk of getting Cancer. And my Mammogram showed my breasts were dense. He said take 4 of these capsules a day. I also take "Breast Health" two capsules a day by ProCaps (Andrew Lessman owns ProCaps) along with the ProThera Iodine capsules. You can also buy ProCap products by "Andew Lessman" from Amazon or from the HSN shopping channel. Or Google ProCaps Vitamins. They are located in Henderson Nevada. I've been taking ProCaps products for years now. They are all soft capsules not the hard tablets.

Every once in a while I lag behind with iodine and I need to up it so I take the 12.5 to correct the deficiency. It works for me.

It works as well as the other brands of Iodine Complex 12.MG and the cost is about the same.

The product arrived on time and as described. My dr recommended this brand as a high quality iodine supplement.

Klaire Labs makes excellent products but their shift to larger sized capsules is a big problem for me because the larger capsules often lodge in my throat and cause a gagging reflex. For me they are a choking hazard.
