Survives the pool and the wash for a while
Bought three pair and trained in them regularly for about a year. Each pair got worn about 1 time per week in the pool and I tried to rinse them off pretty good before putting them in my bag. They lasted but the elasticity was pretty much gone by the end.If you swim between 30/60 mins once per week and wash them, I would guess you get about 40 weeks before they start to fall apart due to chlorine damage.

Comfortable and well designed!
These are great triathlon shorts. I ride in them more than anything else, so they also make an excellent second pair of bike shorts. The padding is pretty minimal which is good for swimming and running, but it is enough to be comfortable on rides of up to a couple hours. I also really like the slim pocket on each hip which is well made and big enough for a couple snacks or even my phone. So far I have only used them in one race, but I liked them and had no issues coming out of the water and starting the bike leg. I barely noticed they were wet. Altogether a great product.

Great for Triathlon
Used these during triathlon training both under my wetsuit and for bike/runs. Also ran my first tri in them and they held up great for everything. Super comfortable, dried out fast, and convenient pocket for a couple gels.

Pretty good so far
Training for a triathlon. These shorts transition well between cycling and running. I’ve used them for a 16 mile ride and a 10 mile ride followed by a 4 mile run.The pad offers noticeable cushion compared to riding with running shorts. But it is thin. However, this makes it usable for the transition into running. No chafing or discomfort. They may run small. I normally am a medium (32”-33” waist). I got the large and they fit perfectly.

Ride a little low in the back. (Maybe ‘cause I’m chubby??)
I’m used to regular bike shorts. These ride a little low in the back. Regular bike shorts are cut unusually high, so that’s what I’m used to.Regardless these are well made. Comfortable chamois. Nicely built.Maybe if I drop a few pounds the fit will improve!!

Great fit and so far holding up in the pool
After 30+ years of bicycle racing I decided to give triathlons a go this summer. I bought these shorts for my first sprint tri and to train in the pool. I'm 6'2 and 180 lbs and the large fit me very well - snug but not compression-tight. To get used to racing in these, and to get back into swimming after 20 years out of the pool, I have been wearing these 3 times a week for the past 3 months or so to the local gym/pool. While I know pool use is not recommended, so far they have shown no signs of falling apart. Like a decent pair of jammers, these stay snug and close to my body - they do not begin scooping water. The padding is very adequate for at least the 14 miles of the ride portion of the tri, and I never even thought about the pad during the swim or run. Overall, I really like these shorts and will not hesitate to buy another pair when these give out from the chlorine.

Great Shorts for Indoor Rowing!
I love the fit and the crotch-pad in these shorts. I row my Concept 2 indoor rower 30 to 40 minutes a day and find these shorts to be the best that I have tried yet for this application. I have been rowing for ten years and tried a number of different shorts, finding that padded tri-shorts are the best option. These shorts by My Kilometre are the best that I have found yet!

My Kilometre, Triathlon Shorts, men’s
I’m doing my first triathlon and I was a little skeptical about the shorts because they didn’t have very thick padding. I did my first half mile swim with them on under my wetsuit, got out and did a 15 miles bike ride and they felt great! I then did a three mile run and again they felt great. I didn’t even notice the bike pad. Very comfortable for all aspects of swimming, biking and running.
