In the past, I was worried about getting a 3rd-party charger for my Fitbit but the horrible Versa2 inbox changer can't even sit up straight due to the poor design of having the cable underneath.So I decided to give this one a shot and it's so much better in every way. It's very reasonably priced (cheaper than Fitbit!) yet it holds the watch snugly and safely. It fully charges my Fitbit Versa2 quickly and the cushions around the corners protect my Fitbit from scratches and prevent it from popping out. Very solid product!

I lost my original Versa2 charger so I ordered this one to replace it. I really like the dock style charger. I unpacked the charger and plugged it in right away and used it. It was a perfect fit for my watch. I’m very happy with this purchase. Some of the reviews on this said it didn’t fit their smart watch. But you have to carefully read the description to make sure it is compatible.

I left my original charger that came with my fitbit at my son's house just prior to the pandemic. I had no way to get it from him without asking him to mail it to me. I decided that I would get this charger and just use the original one for travel. This is a great charger and easy to use. I love the fact that it is a stand and it keeps the Fitbit out of my way since it takes up such a small amount of space.

I really like this charger. The cord is long enough and my Versa 2 is easy to attach it and it stays put. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it's really hard to get the watch out of the charger. I always think I'm going to hurt it or pull the band off. Otherwise it's works great! Mabey the charger will get easier to remove the watch over time. Time will tell.

Had problems with this charger not working.  Like a lot of other reviews we got the message that there was not enough power.  Called Amazon and as usual with being a Prime member and purchasing Prime products they refunded my purchase, with ease.  I was going to purchase it again, but I decided to check other reviews again.  Just Because.  As it turns out, this is a problem with all of the other charging stations I looked at, with the addition that the Versa 2 popping out of the charger.So, today I called Fitbit to ask them about this problem.  Questions:1. If I use a 3rd party charging unit does it void my warranty if it causes a problem? A: Yes.2. Does Fitbit make an upright charging station? A: No, we only make the one that comes with our line of products.  You can go onto our forum community an make a suggestion for us to make one.At this point I’m not going to use a 3rd party charging unit.  It’s not worth the chance of damaging my new Versa 2.  It seems that if we all band together to convince Fitbit to make an easier to use and vertical position charging station, we might get them to offer it.  But, who knows if that will ever happen.What makes more sense is for the 3rd party manufactures to work with Fitbit to solve these issues.  For now I’m waiting.Thank you Amazon for being so nice about solving my purchase of this product.

My original charger for my fitbit stopped working I was looking for another one. I wanted something though that could sit on my shelf without constantly falling off like my old one would. I love this one! It doesn't take up a lot of space, and it charges my fitbit just like the orginal one did. Highly recommend buying

When I insert the fit bit sometimes it will say not charging but when I push down again it is fine. Then when I wake up it is fully charged. I like the way it is set up. Takes less room on my nightstand.
