The rack is good quality, very sturdy, moves easily when loaded, can be easily disassembled for storage when not in use of which all these features I am pleased about. The only negative I find is the bars are too close together not allowing full use of them. I've looked at every angle I can think of concluding (1, this rack possibly was not designed to put against a wall, (2, if one bar is lowered fully & the other one is raised fully, to reach over the lowest one to get to the hangers on the highest is almost impossible, (3, if raising one bar one click, shirts on one bar, pants on the other the hangers are tangled with each other from side to side, (4, If post sections C & D are removed from one side allowing that side bar to be well below the other there is no hole for the lock button, (5, If both bars were angled out it would allow better clearance between hangers. The item description had no mention of the distance between the bars that I saw. I probably will return it & get one with one bar.

Instructions are very vague - there are no words, just pictures. However, it wasn't too complicated to put together. The rack is can be adjusted to the height you want, which is nice. I have hung tons of my clothes on the rack during a move and the rack holds up to the weight very well, and the wheels are sturdy and strong enough to wheel it around with the heavy weight of clothes. I am pleased with the product. My only issue is where to store it when not using because it is rather large!

The craftsmanship is poor on this rack. Although it is metal, you can see the spot welds and the edges of the metal were not sanded smooth leaving a surface that could cut skin when touched. Also, by not having the edges properly flared, there is no ease in adjustment up and down, so I have decided that it will just be locked in place at the heights I forced it to.

this is a good quality product that supports a substantial amount of clothes as it should. The assembly was relatively easy and only took a few minutes. (all parts just snap together). I would recommend this to anyone who needed another clothes rack.

This is a very sturdy garment rack and holds a lot of clothing. It's easy to assemble and holds a lot of clothing. Don't even bother buying any of the garment racks with plastic fittings. Over time, the press together fittings loosen and eventually they start to wobble to the point they actually collapse under their own weight. Buy this garment rack; it's worth the premium price. It will pay off in the long run.

Great Rack. Sturdy and holds a lot of clothes. Wheels are easy to use and we move it in and out of the area constantly and the clothes stay on the rack.

It was a pain to put together the second it came out of the box. I have several other racks so it's not stupidity on my part but I believe something wasn't put together properly so the arms don't lock into place like they should on one side. Also when I go to put the rack on either side it is extremely hard to get into the hole

I like that is all metal , sturdy to hold up to 250 lbs. of my winter clothes. It was so easy to put together, I did it by myself, not needing any screws or screwdrivers & I'm 69 yrs. young! A good deal for the money.
