Found one and it still worked 13 years past the expiration date
Found one in a drawer, it claimed a 4 year shelf life but the expiration date was over 13 years ago. It still worked! The last brand I tried only promised to last for 6 months, and 2 years later it was indeed no longer working when snapped.
