and others still due to the age of the phone and abuse I put it through - I'm a pretty heavy user
In short, it didn't work. I ran into a multitude of problems, some can be attributed to shoddy (plastic) tools, others due to my shoddy skill level, and others still due to the age of the phone and abuse I put it through - I'm a pretty heavy user. After all my hard work, I'm left with a shiny brick with a lightning bolt battery symbol on the screen and a flashing orange notification light. :)I got this product at the advertised price without promising to write a review (haha).Anyway, I was anxious to try this out and did so making certain that I followed the directions precisely. The metal tools provided are on par; the plastic ones are [expletive]. I used the YouTube video that goes along with the kit. I found it odd that in the video, they use a rubber spudger along with a set of needle nose tweezers. Neither of which are provided to you in this kit that is supposed to be specifically made to open and be used while repairing your HTC M8. Multiple times, I thought of how much easier it would be if I had those, but I digress. While taking apart my phone, it was much more difficult to pry the frame from the adhesive that the video notes is in in the lower left corner of the phone. After finally removing the frame, I found that a couple structures inside were damaged. My phone (purchased through ATT) had a foil type of tape covering all the operable structures. I removed this in order to facilitate the repair and better enable me to follow the video. It's entirely possible that I ruined the repair job right there. Anyway, I continued still following the video. My vibration motor sensor was unable to be placed back on. 'No big deal' I thought before completing the repair as shown in the video. After everything was secured, I plugged in the charger and was met with the red blinky LED of death. I'm trying to look at this as a $20 experience rather than a $20 failure, but between you and me, I'm not a very optimistic person.

Bad Battery - Worked for 2 weeks then failed
Bad battery. It worked for a week or two but then stopped putting out enough energy to run at standard operating voltage. Music turning on or a video playing seems to be a bit too much power at once. The actual battery level doesn't drop down below 90% because I have to keep an external battery pack plugged in all the time or the phone turns off within 10 seconds. Very disappointing.

please
Largest single timesink of my entire life. I spent 5 hours trying to get this to work with the following results:1. The metal pick(which should be plastic and there should be 3) destroyed my metal frame and my volume down button internally.2. The internals of this phone are extremely fragile and a piece broke off which I had to solder back on.3. After getting everything back together the phone will not turn on and only has a battery signal with bolt and a blinking orange light.4. The battery is too thick resulting in the internal assembly being raised aboved the metal frame and not allowing me insert my att sim card. My model is OP6B120 which the description CLEARLY says is supported.5. Googling my battery problems reveals holding the power button down along with the vol down button MAY cause the phone to start but I can not know this as my volume down button is destroyed.I will now be throwing my phone, which still almost looks new, away along with this battery as I have better things to waste my life on than returning this faulty product. I caution others not to waste your time with this.

I though my battery life will be at least the same as when I purchased my HTC M8 but no .... Yeah I know it depends on the APPs and all but still

Nice complete kit
The kit is great... but you better buy a very high power magnifying glass to actually replace the battery.

Also recommend to others to just getting the replacement speak covers
BinTEK should have their own video with their own tools showing how to do the job. I did it but it was way more than I expected. A set of plastic tweezers would have been helpful. Also recommend to others to just getting the replacement speak covers. Not sure how to salvage those.

Battery life doesn't seem as good as when I got the phone first
Installed this new battery for a week now.The phone runs faster, and applications don't stick. The only problem the phone gets hot after a couple minutes of use.

Nice battery, works well
Replaced my original battery with this. Removing the battery was a hard task but after replacing it it works well. Its been around 2 months now after the replacement.
