Freezer Frost Remover

Spray bottle arrived in a very timely manner. A few sprays of the product inside the freezer, and within less than a minute the built up ice was loose enough to remove via my fingers. At the same time, without my touching it, the ice underneath the freezer just fell down into the bucket beneath it. Defrosting used to take me an hour using a hair dryer, and a knife. This was the fastest, easiest defrosting I've EVER experienced. Do yourself a favor and buy this product! Thank you.

One shelf in our 3 shelf upright freezer which also has a drawer on the bottom was full of ice. It was on the top of the shelf, the bottom & the coil on the side. I sprayed this, which by the way was hard to spray out of the bottle at first, and nothing happened. Not a thing defrosted! I don't know if the sprayer was also clogged but not much was coming out of the sprayer when I did spray it. I got so frustrated I took off the sprayer & poured it on. Nothing happened again! This stuff stinks and I have more then half a bottle left. Maybe it's because the ice was so thick? I had to chip away at it and use a hair dryer to get the ice out, which I had hoped with this stuff I wouldn't have to do. I put the ice in the sun on that hot day on a plant I wanted to water & after 45 min. the ice melted! How in the heck was this stuff supposed to work in a cold freezer? My mom is going to pay me for putting it on my credit card but I think we got ripped off. I won't be buying this again.

TRIED IT ON OVER FROSTED FREEZER ( OVER 20 YEARS OLD)A MONTH AGO. LAST TIME I DEFROSTED WAS ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND WE HAD THE SEAL REPLACED AT THAT TIME, SO IT WAS DEFROSTED THEN AS WELL. BUT I LAZED OUT AND ALSO WAS ILL SO IT GOT OVERLY ICED UP, "A SMALL GLAZIER"!!! THIS PRODUCT WORKED WELL, BUT TO BE HONEST I ADDED A HOT POT OF WATER IN THE BOTTOM TO SPEED UP THE TIME.I DID HOWEVER SPRAY THE ENTIRE INSIDE OF THE FREEZER PRIOR TO REPLACING THE FOODS AND PRESTO NOW WITH FOOD IN PLACE IT IS DOING AS IT SAID IT WOULD. NO ICE BUILD UP, NOT EVEN A HINT OF BUILD UP, SO I AM HAPPY!!!!!

I have a four feet refrigerator in garage at home and a compact/college refrigerator at work regardless but when you don't immediate address the ice buildup it can get out of hand so quickly so I decided to try this product as the price was good and hopefully it will work as advertised.Well just remember to prepare for the water from ice (towels and buckets to aid in releasing ice), turning off power to refrigerator and leave door open to aid in ice removal and I's say at work it took (2) hrs. while the one at home took overnight BUT it works!! I would recommend this product.

After receiving this product, I discover that it is not supposed to be used on the cooling coils. This was my need. Spraying some where it did not get on the cooling coils did not greatly enhance the frost removal. My hair dryer was much more effective.

I had huge frost build up due to moving, illness etc. and put off defrosting my upright freezer. I used the frost remover and it was amazing. I used a pan to catch a large part of the water, and a number of towels that I changed as needed. Other than that I did nothing. 4 hours later I had a defrosted freezer. Just awesome. I already have another bottle on hand.

bought 2 bottles really expecting a good product. maybe I misunderstood the overall use of the product. every year I have to defrost an old freezer, looking for faster ways to do it so the goods inside won't defrost by the time I finish. well this stuff for me was a waste of money for me. it did not work at any fast rate to melt the ice. lite frost it may of worked, however ice itself it didn't work. very dissatisfied.

Absolute waste of money! Didn't work at all. I bought two bottles, used them both, and all of the frost and ice was still there. I wish that I could give zero stars. Don't waste your money!
