Working as Intended?
Thought we'd spice up our Halloween party this year with a fog machine. While the concept was great, the execution, not so much. We had set it up inside our fireplace to make the fog look like it was rolling in from there. Not sure if it was supposed to operate like this, but it would only spit out fog for between 45-61 seconds (we started timing it) before turning off for up to 3 minutes, then spew fog again for roughly 1 minute. This start/stop action did not allow much fog to accumulate and was fully dissipated by the time the next cycle started. Tried googling to see if this type of operation was normal but was unsuccessful. I also know that this size was not really meant to fully fogify our living room as it's a fairly large room, but we were hoping for general vicinity of the fireplace to stay foggy. We were wrong.

Works great but description is inaccurate
The description is wrong. The machine did not come with a wireless remote, which was one of the reasons I picked this one.Having said that, it works great so far. Puts out a thick fog that stays close to the ground. Its a little louder than I would like but it's no that big of a deal to me.
